Lightwood Capria – Unpasteurised Goats Milk, Suitable For Vegetarians

Now I must confess that goats cheese is very rarely bought by myself but for no real reason it just doesn’t seem to come home with me. I enjoy all cheeses in their own rights and I’m not a discriminator of milks, but things are going to have to change! Another cheese from Phil Hulland is Capria goats which in my opinion is one of the best British Goats cheeses I have tasted. The subtle note of the goats milk comes through but not so much that it detracts from the overall smooth, runny & ripening flavour of this cheese. It has to be said that all of Phil’s cheeses are more suited to enjoy as a cheese because I think they sit in the finer flavour bracket, and if used for cooking It just wouldn’t give you the tasting experience they deserve.

Once again this fabulously tasting and produced cheese speaks for itself so get some today from http://www.lightwoodcheese.com/cheese-shop/ to get a piece for yourself today.
