A big cheesy congratulations to Long Clawson for their Claxstone Blue cheese winning Supreme Champion 2013. This is high praise indeed when the number of cheeses entered is approaching the 5,000 mark!

Claxstone Blue is a lovely smooth, creamy, buttery, soft blue cheese with the punch of a stilton but its ready for eating straight from the fridge. We sell it on the prepacked cheeses or Cheese counter in Waitrose, so pop in and try a piece soon.

Serve this on your cheeseboard to be the supreme champion of cheese dining, and provide a big talking point for your evening.
